Premier Carrier, Premier Pay - Investing In Our People

JLE Industries continues to make large investments in its people. We recently made big changes to the company driver pay scale, and they went into effect immediately on July 23, 2018. The new company driver pay scale is as follows:

• Drivers with less than 3 years of flatbed experience: $0.50 per mile
• Drivers with more than 3 years of flatbed experience: $0.55 per mile

Nothing has changed but the increase in our Pay!

We still pay tarping fees.

We still pay empty miles.

We still pay 20% of the linehaul on shorter loads where 20% will exceed their mileage rate.
